Custom orders cannot be returned once fulfilled, cancellations may be made by request and must be done within 72 hours of purchase
Items in New Condition may be returned within 5 days of receipt as long as there is no damage, terms subject to change depending on circumstances.
Please confirm all sizing prior to order, High Noon Silver Co. is not responsible for incorrect sizes and some pieces may not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Processes for return, please send a written request including the complaint/issue, your order number, and the item details to our email, HighNoonSilverCo@gmail.com and you will receive instructions from there.
